ZTO Agricultural Specialties Shandong Company and Zixin Group Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
ZTO Agricultural Specialties Shandong Company (“Shandong ZTO Agricultural Specialties”), a subsidiary of ZTO Cloud Warehouse Technology, and Zixin Group Holdings Limited, a Singapore-listed agricultural enterprise, formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Noah Wealth venue in Singapore. The two parties announced the establishment of a joint venture, ZTO Zixin (Shandong) Potato Industry Co., Ltd., to be based in Shandong Xinfa Modern Agricultural Industrial Park. Xinfa Group, as the industrial park and supporting resource provider, will provide implementation support for the joint venture.
The key opportunity for Chinese agricultural products going global lies in standardization and branding. Shandong ZTO Agricultural Specialties will leverage its one-stop supply chain service capabilities to integrate the entire chain of agricultural specialty circulation, deep processing, and order fulfillment, and build a quality system compliant with international market access standards. At the same time, it will use the sweet potato industry as a benchmark to create a full-industry-chain model, cultivate proprietary brands, and enhance international competitiveness.
This cooperation combines ZTO Cloud Warehouse Technology’s nationwide warehousing and distribution network and cross-border supply chain capabilities with Xinfa Group’s industrial park and energy facilities. The “Shandong production + Southeast Asia operations” dual-hub model jointly built by all parties is expected to provide a practical reference model for the standardized global expansion of Chinese agricultural products.
Zixin Group has been deeply engaged in the sweet potato industry for nearly 20 years and possesses core technologies in superior seed breeding, deep processing, and full-chain traceability. With ZTO Cloud Warehouse Technology joining hands with Zixin Group and Xinfa Group, the three parties will leverage their respective advantages to build a complete industrial closed loop from seedling R&D, large-scale planting, and deep processing to overseas sales.
This signing is a key implementation of Shandong ZTO Agricultural Specialties’ international layout in the sweet potato industry and an important milestone for ZTO Cloud Warehouse Technology in deepening its agricultural specialties segment. Taking this as a new starting point, ZTO Cloud Warehouse Technology will continue to integrate its nationwide warehousing and distribution network and cross-border supply chain capabilities, use the sweet potato full industry chain as a pioneering model, accelerate the building of an agricultural product global expansion system covering more categories and adapted to international standards, and promote high-quality Chinese agricultural products from the fields to dining tables worldwide.
