The company operates four frozen vegetable processing plants in Pingdu and Laixi. The Pingdu Cuijiaji Plant has over 30 years of experience in vegetable processing and export. It is supported by 20000 acres of custom-registered planting bases and equipped with advanced international machinery, achieving over 90% mechanization. The facility includes 60,000 tons of cold storage and 10,000 tons of fresh storage, with an annual output exceeding 200,000 tons. Its frozen vegetable products are exported to 32 countries across Europe, the United States, Japan, and Korea.
The Pingdu Renzhao Plant is equipped with advanced processing lines, including bubble washing, blanching, pre-cooling, and air drying systems. It features a full range of production equipment such as dicing machines, shredders, slicers, dehydrators, and metal detectors. The plant also has an in-house laboratory with comprehensive testing capabilities to ensure product quality. In June 2018, it was awarded the title of Food Safety Assurance Enterprise for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Qingdao Summit by the Qingdao Food Safety Committee and Qingdao Food and Drug Administration.
The Laixi Plant also has extensive experience in vegetable processing and export, with a stable customer base in Korea. It continues to expand its presence in international markets and strengthen its global business footprint.
