The first phase of the project involves the construction of 300,000 square meters of standardized workshops, including 100,000 square meters of quick-frozen fruit and vegetable and freeze-dried fruit workshops, 100,000 square meters of sweet potato processing workshops, and 100,000 square meters of dried garlic and vegetable processing workshops. There are 6 quick-frozen fruit and vegetable production lines, 10 freeze-drying production lines, 20 steam-drying production lines, and 6 fluidized bed drying production lines. The total investment for the project exceeds 2 billion yuan.The project is expected to produce 100,000 tons of quick-frozen fruits and vegetables, 50,000 tons of sweet potato products, 50,000 tons of dried garlic and vegetables, and 1,000 tons of freeze-dried fruit annually, with an estimated output value of around 5 billion yuan.
